\n\nWith an interest in Natural Health and Exercise I began studying a Certificate in Relaxation Massage via the NZ College of Massage. I always enjoy receiving one, so why not learn how to provide a nice blissful relaxing massage.
\n
\nIt was during this time I was recommended to a Homeopath. Having no idea of Homeopathy, I thought why not!
\n
\nAttending my first consultation unaware of what to expect. The Homeopath asked me a range of questions and prescribed a remedy. My visit to the Homeopath was to assist me with asthma symptoms, as quite often over the winter months I would be prescribed antibiotics and/or prednisone. Running outside over the winter months was challenging as the colder air made it harder to breathe and therefore my fitness suffered.
\nThe results I experienced were amazing, nothing I'd ever experienced prior! This gave me a thirst of wanting to know more.
\nHomeopathy is a journey and the process can take time, as with most things time is our biggest healer. Changes to symptoms are subtle initially, you may or may not notice any change.
\n\nBeing so impressed with the changes in myself and a thirst for more knowledge I went on to study Homeopathy to enable me to help you.
\nStudying the Diploma in Homeopathy via the Natural College of Health and Homeopathy.
As a classical Homeopath it is my passion to assist you to healthy living when you are ready.

\nWhile working and studying I needed to exercise so took up Road Cycling, completing the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge solely in 2013. My fitness had increased dramatically allowing me to compete in this challenge.
\nI’m not sure I would have competed in Road Cycling without Homeopathy.
\n
\nIn 2014 I suffered an injury where I did hit a low point in my life. Through the rehabilitation process I learnt so much about myself, how to let go of the past and move forward, accepting where you at and to look at what life has to offer!
\n\nInjuries can be a traumatic experience for some and can lead to depression, anxiety, isolation and at times feeling stuck.
\n\nIt is important to seek help and know you can get through this!
