\n\nSTEP 1 - Mare owners (buyers) must contact the owner/agent of the stallion whose breeding they wish to purchase. Stallion owners reserve the right to approve or deny any mare that will be bred to their stallion.

Terms: The mare owner/bidder will be purchasing, in full, the 2018 breeding services of their choice of stallion. The mare owner will be responsible to pay any and all charges/fees related to the execution of this contract including, but not limited to, veterinarian fees, chute fees, mare care and other expenses. SQRHA is not responsible for any costs, expenses and/or charges related to execution of breeding contract. SQRHA's involvement in and responsibility for the 2018 "Fantast 5" Program terminates upon transfer of the contract to the mare owner/bidder. If the stallion dies before the donated breeding occurs and no other comparable stallions are available to the purchaser, SQRHA will reimburse the purchaser the full amount of the winning bid.

\n\nSTEP 2 - IF YOU HAVE CONTACTED THE OWNER/AGENT (about the mare you wish to breed AND/OR additional COSTS associated with the Contract) and wish to purchase the service, Please email Pam Watson, pam_watson17@hotmail.com. Once the sale has been accepted, an invoice will be sent to the mare owner. At that time, the buyer and stallion owner will enter into the stallion owners usual stallion service contract.
