\nEwan Membership for 2018 is $100.00 for each adult (for a "double membership" simply apply for two memberships) if completed online.

\nYour membership entitles you to:
\n\n
Entry to the Ewan Race Track for the 2018 Annual Race Meeting and all associated social activities
\n\tCamping at the Ewan Race Track for the 2018 Annual Race meeting
\n\tEntry for children under the age of 18 years accompanying you
\n\tAttend and vote at the Club's AGM to be held at the track Saturday, 29 September 2018.
\n\t\n\n
Please ensure that you print your tickets and present them upon entry.
\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, you can pay a Gate Entry Fee upon arrival:

Full weekend: $100 per Adult or $70 per Pensioner
\n\tFrom 4pm Friday, $70 per Adult or $50 per Pensioner
\n\tFrom Saturday: $55 per Adult or $40 per pensioner
\n\tDay Pass- Attending Races Only: $30 per Adult or $20 per Pensioner
\n\tChildren under 18 accompanied by Adult- free admission
\n\t\n\n
The admission fees (excluding “races only”) include camping fee, races and social functions.
\n\nRaces only admission is for those attending the races only each day and not camping overnight or remaining on course for the social functions.
\n\n\n\n
Please note, that entry fees are payable in cash only upon arrival at the gate.

Art Union Tickets
\n\nEATC is conducting a Category 2 Art Union to be drawn at 9.30pm Saturday, 29 September 2018 at the track.
\n\n\n\n
The Art Union Prize is $10,000.00.
\n\n\n\n
There are only 200 tickets to be sold and the cost of each ticket is $100.00 Ticket sales close 5pm on 29 September 2018 (unless sold out sooner).
