My very 1st cake was a chocolate cake, when I was about 12 years old. I mistook the baking soda for baking powder and of course the cake was a complete flop. Our dog loved it though!!!

From this came an interest in cooking, that has taken me around the world to some of the most amazing ‘offices’ on offer, including The Hermitage Hotel, Mt Cook, Great Keppel Island, Queensland and Doubtful Sound, Fiordland, NZ.
\n\n
\n\nFor the past 10 years I have kept returning to Wanaka, with the desire to start my own business making beautiful cakes.
\n\n\n\n
After completing Masters classes at Planet Cake in Sydney, and being taught by some of Australia’s best cake designers, I am ready to bring my skills back to New Zealand. That dream is finally becoming a reality.
