Mental health breaks can happen to anyone at any time. Just why we break is strongly linked to a number of key things such as but not limited to a painful experience, prolonged lack of sleep, abuse, stress, undernourishment, or a number of these factors all together. An experience can range from general exhaustion and exhasperation or loss of vitality right through to a complete loss of reality. \n\nAbusive actions can include beatings, sexual violations, ECT, seclusions and psychotropic drugging. These issues are a clear and direct travesty of justice and must be rectified immediately.
