The Unit

We are on a small rural acreage a few minutes drive from the costal town of Muruya and about a 10 minute drive from local beaches. The fully self contained guest suite is attached to the main house but separated to ensure your privacy. There are beautiful mountain views off the verandah and birds and native animals abound. Enjoy a bit of country while still being close to shops, cafes and attractions. Breakfast provisions are generously included in the price consisting of bacon, eggs, bread, milk, juices, yoghurt, cereal & muesli.

~The Space~

A few little notes for our valued guests.  Our only source of water on the property is rainwater tanks. We want you to enjoy your stay but be mindful of usage.  Also, our sewage is a septic system so only biodegradable items can be flushed down the toilet.

Sometimes we travel for work and at times may not be available to greet you in person.  Please contact us by phone, email or text if you need anything.  We are always happy to chat with out guest but of course respect your privacy.

Guest parking is at the back of the house.  Upon entering the property, follow the fence line and drive up to the grassy area following the row of tyres to the back of the house. You may park anywhere near the Guest Suite entry ramp.

Breakfast provisions may include a variety of fresh baked bread, free-range eggs, bacon, yoghurt, muesli, fruit and cereal.  There are ample coffee and tea supplies along with fresh local milk and juices.

We believe in fresh and local products.  When possible and in season, products will be home grown on our farm and sourced locally at the Sage Farmers Market.
