Identity, Language and Culture underpins the values of our organisation.
\n\nThe Frankton Park Limited (Residential Based Services) Logo is designed for our
\n\nstaff, clients, whānau and families to use as a starting point to share their own
\n\nidentity, language and culture. Sharing where they come from, who they are, the
\n\nlanguage they speak and traditional cultural customs and practices.
\n\n\n\n
The logo is our service model which is circular representing our desire to grow globally and be recognised as an organisation that is inclusive, with practice and services that regularly achieve outstanding results for the people we serve. Each of the 4 pictures inside the circle represents the four elements earth, fire, water and air. They can also be used in a wider context to locate where an individual is from by using prominent environmental landmarks.

The four lines represent pathways or streams that leads to or away from our organisation. We believe that people that come to our service will be supported and enabled to return to their community and whānau. The centre of the circle is where all of the elements come to together to enable people to lead lives that they have determined.

We are an organisation that will strive to provide the right care and service for each individual client, whānau and families with knowledge and skills on how they can support and enable their family member; a one size fits one approach.
\n\nWe also believe that when people know who they are and where they come from they are more confident and likely to succeed in life.
\n\n\n\n
Our organisation believes that the approach in working with Maori clients is also relevant for our non-Maori clients. We will invite the client to consider where they think they are at, supporting a continuum of understanding on their knowledge of their identity, language and culture as part of our referral process.

Frankton Park is committed to deliver a service that is determined by the client along with the criteria that the family sees as important for their recovery and/or treatment. For the family we will will strive to provide the right information and refer clients to other services where appropriate to help the client and family achieve what they want. We will use a number of generic concepts and processes to achieve this.
