What is Microblading?
\n\nMicroblading is a technique of implanting pigment into the skin to create realistic hair strokes. It is semi-permanent and will gradually fade over time. Unlike traditional body tattoo, Microblading pigment placement isn't as deep in the skin. The deeper we go the more chance we have of your strokes becoming thick, and changing colour. so to keep your strokes crisp and hair-like we carefully focus the strokes in the upper layers of your skin.

\n\nHow long does it last?
\n\nYou will need touch ups every 12-18 months depending on how your skin type holds the pigment. Shape and colour can be enhanced or altered at this appointment.

\n\nDoes it hurt?
\n\nPhiBrows has developed an amazing technique that does not involve numbing at the start of the treatment. There has been proven examples of healed brows to suggest that this gives the best result possible. You will feel the first strokes that are placed through your Brow shape, they are totally bearable and will not be extremely painful, sometimes you might get the feeling like you want to sneeze otherwise you will be fine. once the first strokes have been placed, we will place an anaesthetic over your brow and you will not feel a thing. I have even had ladies fall asleep at this point.

\n\nHow do you know what shape suits me?
\n\nUsing the PhiBrows Golden Ratio Divider, your brows are measured according to your eye/face shape to give us the "ideal" Brow shape that will best compliment your features. This shape is totally tailored to you and we can make this thinner or thicker depending on your preferences.

\n\nAre there any contraindications that will prevent me from getting my Brows Microbladed?
\n\nWe have a strict and thorough consultation procedure that you must answer honestly. If not, you risk badly healed brows or possible irritation. Please call to discuss if you are:
\n\n- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
\n\n- On Aspirins or any blood thinning medications
\n\n- Diabetic
\n\n- Prone to Keloid scarring or are a slow healer
\n\n- Have had your brows previously tattooed

\nIf I already have my brows tattooed can you fix them?
This will depend on your current brows, the depth of colour, the shape and what pigments have been used previously. Book a consult appointment.
