\n\nNOTE: Please ensure that the reverse side of the Registration Certificate is completed. The VENDOR is responsible for the payment of Transfer Fees

BULL ACCREDITATION FOR AI
\n\nNOTE: In order for the progeny of a registered Dexter bull used for AI where the bull does not belong to the member into whose herd the progeny are to be registered, or where the Member has not secured the bull under a lease agreement, to be eligible for registration into the herd of any member the bull must first have been accredited as an AI Sire. See links for information about Accreditation and the current DCAI accredited AI Sires catalogue.

REGISTRATION REFUSAL: If Registration or Transfer is refused for any reason, 50% of the fee paid/or will be refunded, the balance will be retained to cover administrative costs.
\n\n\n\n
REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES
\n\nLost or damaged registration Certificates can be replaced at a cost of $15.00 each.
\n\n\n\n
CHANGE OF STUD NAME
\n\nNote: This applies only to cases where a member has changed the name (Herd Prefix) of their stud and is transferring the registrations of animals they already own to the new (Herd Prefix).

PURCHASE OR AQUISITION OF AN EXISTING STUD WITH ITS NAME (STUD PREFIX)
\n\nIn the case where a Dexter Cattle Stud is acquired along with the Stud name (Herd Prefix) The normal transfer fee per animal is applicable. In such cases a new herd number is allocated to the Stud name or Prefix.
\n\n\n\n
TRANSFER OF ANIMALS BETWEEN TWO STUDS OWNED BY THE SAME ENTITY OR PERSON/S
\n\nThe transfer of animals between two studs owned by the same person. persons or entity attract the same transfer fees as any other animal transfer.
\n\n\n\n
GOODS & SERVICES TAX (“GST”)
\n\nExcept where stated, all fees listed above include GST.

\n\nAnimal registration and transfer fees are determined by the DCAI Council and may change from time to time. Up-to-date fee information may be obtained from the DCAI Registrar
