Where can I view a display home?
\n\nOur display homes are located at our office/ factory in Alberton Queensland which is about 30 minutes south of Brisbane CBD. Inspections are by appointment only and you can book yours by calling Merv on 0437 888 557
\n\n
\n\nHow much does it cost?
\n\nOur most Affordable Home starts at $45,000 inc GST, increasing to a maximum of $150,000, because we believe that is real affordable housing.
\n\n\n\n
All of our homes are quoted with all the essentials you need, transportation to your site, site preparation, utilities installation & connection, any legal or finance fees and crane hire for difficult access blocks (if required) are additional installation costs.

\n\nWhat do I do before I place my order
\n\nVisit our showroom and we go over layout options, inclusions and accessories, choose your bench top, splashback carpet/vinyl colours. Provide photos of your block/land or site where the Afford A Home will be located.
\n\n
\n\nHow long will it take for me to receive my AFFORD A HOME?
\n\nThe delivery schedule will be quoted at placement of order, this is dependent on the production schedule, usually no longer that around 5 - 6 weeks from placement of deposit.
\n\n
\n\nHow long will it take to install once on my land?
\n\nThe Transform A Home is quick and easy to set up, the most time-consuming task is levelling of the trailer and accommodating the contours of your land. This entire installation process should only be a few hours.
\n\n
\n\nWhat are the payment terms?
\n\nA 50% deposit on placement of order secures you a production slot. A further 25% of the contract price will be due at lock up stag. The remaining 25% will be due on signoff and paid before delivery and installation.
\n\n
\n\nWill I need council approval?
\n\nCouncil rules and regulations vary, your Afford A Home will be registered and will have its own VIN, registration plate, tow bar and be on wheels. It is still best to check with your council if caravans are legally permitted on the location you have in mind.
\n\n\n\n
Second or relative dwellings under 60sqm do not usually require council approvals. Best bet is to call your local council and ask... it may be a lot easier than you think.
