1- Each week I am blessed with the fun loving company of some mega kitten babes, who want to be a little bit silly, get fit, sweaty and feel sexy all at the same time!

\n\n2- We get to dance around in our lingerie or active wear and embrace each other for who we are.
\n\n
\n\n3- L’amour is so gorgeous and fun. She does such an incredible job and always makes sure newcomers feel welcome.
\n\n
\n\n4- L’amour’s routines are cute, sultry and practical. The dance moves are effortlessly easy, repetitive and adaptable to your level of fitness, ability or effort. With warm up routines, cute burlesque inspired routines, to abs, core and booty work outs and stretching in the remaining half hour – you will get a lot out of this class if you work hard.

\n\n5- As I have been attending this class for over 2 years now, I have made so many incredible friends and feel so much more confident about myself.
\n\n
\n\n6- Bump and Grindercise is a space where I feel completely home, and supported in a loving environment with many like-minded ladies. These are some of the reasons why I keep coming back!

After one class I was absolutely hooked!

\n\nChanneling your inner 60’s kitten, grinding to your fav 80’s soundtracks and shaking it to 90’s girl groups makes you feel amazing about your body and so empowered.
\n\n
\n\nI come out of each class thinking I can take on the world!
\n\nBump and Grindercise is without doubt the most fun you can have whilst getting fit!

\n\nI'm a size 16 and when I started this class I wasn't sure how comfortable I'd feel dancing in my underwear but now I love my body, it's so freeing!

\n\nThe women in the class all support each other and boost each others confidence.

I don’t think I can say that I have ever, in my life, looked forward to working out, but this class is such a ridiculous amount of fun that I wake up every Sunday morning excited about going to class.
\n\n
\n\nL’amour has created such a welcoming and body positive space, I love looking around the class and seeing all the women smiling, laughing and basically just having the best time being silly while we dance around in our underwear.
\n\n\n\n
By the end of every class, I’m always completely exhausted, covered in sweat, with legs like jelly and a body that I know will be aching for the next few days – and I can’t wait to do it all over again!

it's a bunch of friends enjoying all shapes, sizes, personalities, lingerie and most of all... booty!
\n\nI have been doing bump for about 2.5 years now.
\n\n\n\n
I had always admired L'amour and her classes on Instagram from afar but never felt confident enough to try it out.
\n\nOne day a friend agreed to come with me (who is a frequent bumper also!) - I went dressed in tights and a baggy shirt - things that concealed and comforted me - and I felt overdressed!!
\n\n\n\n
Now I'm in the bare minimum with a full time wedgey haha! Bump and grind has truly helped me grow as a person -
\n\nI think it has been really important that I surround myself with positive, encouraging, and strong (in all senses) women.
\n\n\n\n
I have so much fun, and it literally gets me out of bed even when I'm in the worst of headspaces.
\n\n\n\n
I feel well physically, emotionally, mentally and socially from this booty shakin' classes.
\n\nI have also made some of my closest friends here.

\n\nUp until I found Bump and Grind and the kitten club I was never comfortable exercising or getting sweaty in front of others, particularly strangers.
\n\n\n\n
I started the classes in exercise gear and quickly made the switch to lingerie.
\n\n\n\n
The absolute sense of compassion and safety in this incredible women’s space gave me confidence to comfortably strip down and get my booty and thighs jiggling but also the confidence to love my body and myself.

\n\nWhat isn’t there to love about Bump and Barre?! Much like its sister class, the space L’amour has created is one of extreme comfort.
\n\nFrom the chill early morning ambience of soft lighting and pastel colour schemes to the intersectional body positivity that we love and have come to expect from any space L’amour has influence over.
\n\n
\n\n
\n\nAfter one class I knew I was ready to commit to the practice weekly. Combining my favourite elements of form and figure studies with yoga AND strength training, after class I feel like I’ve worked my ass off but am energized for the rest of the day and even after, as the cool down session ends with a lovingly composed and positive mantra to muse on for the coming week.
\n\n\n\n
There cannot be enough said for the environment that L’amour has created. I’ve always struggled with exercise, the feelings associated with not being especially fit and the trepidation that comes with being larger and engaging in high intensity exercise - particularly in a public class. What sets Bump and Barrecise apart from other classes is that you can feel safe in the knowledge you are in a space to build confidence, self love, strength and a solid mind/body connection.
