Thank you to all Alloway Football Club Inc. coaches/assistant coaches/managers for their commitment during the 2017 season. The club is again looking to appoint committed individuals to fill our official roles for the 2018 season. The club is happy to have qualified and experienced officials available, however if you are willing to follow the FFA Curriculum and willing to do your coaching levels, if applying to coach, we will give you a try. Please Note: In the interest of PLAYER & CHILD SAFETY, Alloway Football Club Inc. requires that all its officials (Junior & Senior) are to have a current Blue Card or be in the process of applying for a Blue Card. All positions are now open, and we are seeking coaches/managers/assistant coaches for the following age groups:

U6’s to U11’s Mini Roos: Coaches and Managers.
\n\tU12 Mini-Roo Competition, U13, U14 Competitions: Coaches/Assistant Coaches/Managers
\n\tU16 Competitions (if team available): Coaches/Assistant Coaches/Managers
\n\tSenior Men: Wide Bay League (if nominated), Division 2 & Division 3.
\n\tSenior Ladies: Division 2

\n\nThe objective to being an Alloway Football Club Inc. official is to ensure the successful coaching/managing of the team and support and encourage, as well as lead your team to effective team building and sportsmanship.
\n\n
\n\nResponsibilities required are:
\n\nAdhering to the FFA, and Alloway FC Coach’s Code of Conduct.
\n\tAdhering to the FFA Respect Campaign.
\n\tFollowing the implementation of the FFA National Curriculum.
\n\tIf coaching/assistant coach: Coaching qualifications provided are suitable for the age group being applied for.
\n\t(Alloway Football Club Inc. will cover coaching costs for approved coaching courses at the end of season).
\n\nAll officials need a Positive Notice Blue Card for Child Related work. (Our Registrar can help you to apply).
\n\tIt would be beneficial to have a senior first aid and CPR certificate.
\n\tRegister on MyFootball Club as either coach and/or manager (volunteer).
\n\tBe organised and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
\n\tAllow children to explore the game of football through quality coaching and allow players a positive experience.
\n\tEnsure you adhere to all club policies and association policies.
\n\t\n\n
Successful applicants will be notified by email, once all nominations have been provided on January 15th, 2018. The Alloway Junior and Senior DOC's will arrange a meeting with successful officials prior to the 2018 season commencing.
