\n\nCasa della Pace is located few kilometers far from Gubbio and Città di Castello, 35 km driving from Tuscany, at 650 mt altitude. It is surrounded by hills and woods offering an excellent opportunity for hiking in nature.The food is vegetarian only, largely organic, prepared with great care.
\n\nWith one hour driving one can be in Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, Urbino.
\n\nTake a tour of the venue on YouTube. It's in Italian, but even if you can't understand it, it will give you a good feel for the place.

\n\nThe costs are listed in Euro and the Australian Dollar amounts. Euros can be paid directly to our PayPal account. If credit card is used to pay the PayPal account please add 2.5%. The Program
\n\nThe program will be structured to allow for intensive yoga and Alexander Technique work plus two private lessons for each participant over the course of the retreat. In addition it will allow for sufficient time for people to be able to visit and enjoy the surrounding towns and countryside. The program listed below is indicative and may be altered somewhat in consultation with the participants.
\n\n
\n\nThe course will start with an evening meal and 5:30pm followed by an introductory group and will end at 11:30am on 30th which will allow us time to get people flying to the UK to the airport.

The daily program.
\n\n6.30 - 8.15 Yoga
\n\t8.15 - 8.45 - Meditation
\n\t8.45 - 10 - Breakfast
\n\t10 - 12 Alexander Technique Group
\n\t12 - 1 Lunch
\n\tAfter 1pm - private lessons will be organised in the afternoon or evening. There will be free times for outings including visits to Assisi and Perugia. Depending on timing and interest we may do a late afternoon session in either yoga or Alexander Technique.
