This workshop aims to provide an introduction to Art Therapy.

Over the 2 hours we will use creative activities to deepen our connection to our internal landscape and gently uncover our authenticity and begin the process of self-exploration, self-awareness and self-empowerment.

Throughout the process you will be supported and encouranged to connect with yourself and improve your profound, unique and sacred relationship with self to improving self-worth and self-esteem.
