\n\nWe work together with our Client and their Contractors, to assist in the development of robust, accurate, reliable and transparent progress reports, that will instill the client with confidence of where the project is, at any time.

\n\nRidgehill Resources can quickly adapt to the changing needs of the project, by expanding and contracting the project team as required. The project team is tailored to suit the needs of each project. The team comprises personnel with "tacit knowledge" who will multi task, as required.

\n\nOur team is passionate about the work we undertake. We work as a team, recognise each others strengths, experience and varied industry knowledge, whilst at all times remaining totally focused and transparent.

\n\nOur preference is to work alongside the Client in an integrated team, or as a stand alone project management consultant (PMC), whilst maintaining independence and providing the complete project management package, thus ensuring both financial and delivery success.
