Jason Kravetz | Director of Case Management Services
\n\nJason is currently the Director of Case Management services at Charak Center for Health and Wellness. He is married and has a 5 year old son. He enjoys running and Cleveland sports in his spare time. His educational background is a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Education degree in School Counseling, both from Kent State University. His educational background is primarily in the school setting, however his work experience has been almost exclusively in the community setting. As far as work experience, he has done case management work for the past 8 and a half years. In November of 2014, he was promoted to the Director of Case Management at Charak and has been working in the role since. Since assuming responsibilities of this role, the growth of the case management services at each site has increased and they are now working to increase overall awareness of the service within the communities they serve.
