Return and Exchange Policy

It's sad that you want to return our product. But we will try to fix the problem. Below is our return and exchange policy.

\n\n

All full priced items purchased have to be returned within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt and for International orders within 14 days of your purchase date. There is no return or refund on sale items.

\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require you to complete a Return form. Download our Return form from here:-

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
\nIf you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

\n\n

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

\n\n

In case of Damaged Parcels, send the products back to us within 7 days of receiving them (14 days for international orders), we will offer you an exchange if possible, or a full refund after we have received the return. In this case, we will pay for the postage of sending these items back to us. 

\n\n

In case of any faulty or damaged items please contact us via email at info@emilyboutique.com.au within 7 days of your purchase to offer a refund or store credit.
