\n\nFollowing that Cedric then became involved in sales, firstly selling
\nEncyclopedia Britannica. After 4 years he entered the Real Estate Industry in1981. His previous combination of experiences suited him ideally for the position and he has consistently been among the top Real Estate achievers. After gaining his Real
\nEstate diploma, he owned and operated his own business as a “Leaders Remax” Franchise in Lower Hutt. After moving to Cambridge he worked as a Sales
Manager for ‘Harcourts’ for four years and then owned and operated ‘GoGecko
\n\nProperty Sales’ , worked with Professionals Real Estate for 6 years and is now with Tall Poppy Real Estate.

Cedric has worked in the competitive real estate market in Wellington, Brisbane and the Waikato, and is right up to date with the latest marketing trends and
\ntechniques in the industry.

Cedric has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years (17 years in the
