\n\tJames is a registered building practioner, has held his domestic builder unlimited licence since 2010 and gained his commercial builder limited licence in 2015. He is a qualified carpenter and has been working in the building and construction industry for more than ten years.

Previously, James worked in a family business that designed and manufactured clothing, where he was responsible for overseeing operations, marketing and administration functions of the business.

James is also qualified audio engineer, and enjoys playing and producing music, kayaking, diving and tinkering with his much loved Ford XBs in his spare time.
