\n\nMany of us experience problems with abuse, dependence and addiction to both substances and processes. Anything from food, social media, smoking, alcohol and both legal or illegal drugs can cause varying degrees of difficulty in our lives. We provide the diverse range of counselling or coaching treatments specifically designed to address each clients personal issues and needs. This may include family and relationship problems, trauma, panic disorders, depression, anxiety and self image concerns.

\nAs a private practice we are able to provide discreet support and counselling catered to your individual circumstances while ensuring your complete confidentiality. We can assist with both referrals to pharmacological treatment, provide case coordination or work with existing case coordinators from other services.
\n\nPregnancy, Motherhood and Substance Use
\n\n
\n\nStigma can be a significant barrier to treatment faced by both pregnant women and mothers who use alcohol or other drugs. By having a non-judgemental attitude we can support women who are fearful about disclosing their alcohol or drug use confidentially and sensitively while offered appropriate care, counselling and referrals. We are here to support women unconditionally no matter what their story.

We offer support through preconception counselling to the very long journey that is motherhood - supporting mothers who are parenting while struggling with their alcohol or drug use.
