class=\"font_8\" style=\"font-size:14px\">Excellent views of the River Derwent to the city, Mt Wellington and down to the Channel area.</p>\n\n<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"font-size:14px\">&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Off lead at all times (including when Howrah and Bellerive beaches are closed to dogs.) NB. Take care near unfenced houses and access paths from roads.</span></p>\n\n<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"font-size:14px\">&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Access:</span></p>\n\n<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"font-size:14px\">&nbsp;</p>\n\n<ul class=\"font_8\" style=\"font-size:14px\">\n\t<li>\n\t<p class=\"font_8\" style=\"font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">via Cleve Court, off Tranmere Road. (Coming from Bellerive along Clarence Street, turn right at intersection with Howrah Road opposite Shoreline Shopping Centre. Howrah Road bends left and right to become Tranmere Road). The path in is at the end of the court. It is slightly hidden and not sign posted.
