Dr Crystal McMullen is the director of All for Kids Therapy, and is a fully qualified Doctor of Clinical Psychology. Crystal has substantial experience in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents, as well as working closely with the parents and families of these children. Crystal has worked extensively with children and families within government and non-government agencies, including community clinics, child and youth mental health services, hospitals, and private practice. Crystal has a passion for supporting the emotional and psychological wellbeing of children and their families, and provides assessment and treatment of many issues, but in particular, focussing on:

\n\nCrystal has also been involved in research investigating the risk factors and treatment of childhood anxiety. Crystal completed her Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree at the University of Queensland and focused her research on this area. Crystal is fully registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, she currently spends most of her time working in private practice, but has also worked as a Lecturer and Course Coordinator at the University of Queensland and University of Southern Queensland, teaching and managing Undergraduate and Postgraduate Psychology courses. Crystal has been awarded numerous Dean’s Commendations for Outstanding Achievement in the area of Psychology, as well as Awards for Excellence in Teaching.

\n\nEmma-Leigh completed a Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland, and is currently completing her Master in Clinical Psychology at Charles Sturt University. Her research interests include utilising e-therapy to deliver child and adolescent intervention programs. Emma-Leigh is also an accredited provider of Triple P Positive Parenting Program.

Casey provides therapy services primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach. She believes that clients experience the best outcome from therapy which involves tailored and individualised care, and where appropriate will also integrate techniques from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Biopsychosocial approaches. In addition, Casey uses Motivational Interviewing for clients who are feeling a little stuck in their journey to better mental health. Casey also has experience in administering, interpreting and providing feedback for both cognitive and academic assessments.

\n\nCasey aims to provide clients with evidence-based and time-limited plan, which is collaboratively discussed right from the beginning. Casey is gentle and supportive in her approach, while also being transparent and open about what may be going on for each client.
