Our online system enables you to:

\n\tBook into studio sessions and group classes
\n\tAdd yourself to a waitlist
\n\tCancel early (min. 24 hours) for studio sessions and (min. 8 hours) for group classes
\n\tUpdate your personal information
\n\tView class and instructor information
\n\t\n\n
All this from the convenience of your smartphone, tablet or computer!

You can download the Mind Body App and book all your classes on the go from your mobile device.

How to Book Online
\n\n\n\n
Go to our online booking system.
\n\n\n\n
If you are signing up for the first time, follow the prompts to set up your account.
\n\n\n\n
If you have previously signed up, enter your username and password in the top right hand corner. If you have forgotten your password, don't worry, just click on "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will be able to then reset your password.
\n\n\n\n
Note: to be able to proceed with booking studio sessions, group classes and packages you will need to have account credit available. These can be purchased onlne.

To create a NEW booking for STUDIO sessions
\n\n\n\n
Click on Studio Sessions tab .
\n\n\n\n
Select the type of session you would like to book eg. Private Sessions 1:1.
\n\n\n\n
Make a selection from each field to book your preferred session time. If your preferred time isn't available, you will be given the option to to put yourself on the waitlist for that particular session. We recommend you make an alternative confirmed booking just in case your first preference does not become available.
\n\n\n\n
You will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your booked time.
\n\n\n\n

To create a NEW booking for GROUP classes
\n\n\n\n
Click on Group Classes tab.
\n\n\n\n
Find the class you want and click on Sign Up Now next to the class you want to book.
\n\n\n\n
If you want to make single class booking, click on Make a single reservation.
\n\n\n\n
If you want to book in to the same class time every week, click on Make a recurring reservation.
\n\n\n\n
Note: You must have un-allocated/prepaid class credits on file to make a reservation. If you already have future bookings exhausting all of your current class credits, you will need to cancel one of your later booking dates in order to use that credit for the booking you are trying to make now.
\n\n\n\n
If you don't have any group class credits on file, you will be prompted to purchase them online.
\n\n\n\n
\n\n
Important note regarding bookings: Always click on My Schedule when you have finished making your bookings to check that your bookings appear correctly. All bookings created, cancelled and changed online are recorded as being actioned by you so please note that Integrated Body Arts cannot accept responsibility for you booking incorrect dates or times!

To VIEW your current bookings or CANCEL upcoming bookings
\n\n\n\n
Click on My Info tab
\n\n\n\n
Click on My Schedule to display your bookings
\n\n\n\n
To cancel bookings, simply click on "Cancel" next to the booking date you wish to remove and this cancels your booking without penalty.
\n\n\n\n
If you are cancelling a booking less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you will notice the only option to select is "Late Cancel" which is in accordance with our booking policy.
\n\n\n\n
