Fitness To A Tee loves to support the community by interlinking fitness to worthy causes! Fitness To A Tee has a soft heart towards helping those affected by cancer as Personal Trainer Tee's mother Elizabeth passed away from cancer in Zimbabwe in 2010. Furthermore, the World Health Organisation states that most cancers worldwide are caused by lifestyle factors such as poor diet and health. Fitness can thus help us to prevent the risks of some cancers.

Personal Trainer Tee runs Flat Tummy classes in Harare, Zimbabwe since 2013; and Victoria Falls since 2016 - with all proceeds from the class going to the Elizabeth Chanakira Cancer Trust (ECCT), Zimbabwe. The ECCT currently supports 4 marginalised cancer patients and/or their families with medical costs, school fees for their kids and food hampers.

For clients based anywhere in the world, there are unique colours and African prints to choose from, from the initial designs available (see images above and below). Designs are available in cotton material with a unique African print side strip on each one.
