Our regular CrossFit classes. The 1 hour classes consists of :

\n\tWOD(Workout of the Day)
\n\tCool Down.

\n\nA class designed for those who want the intensity of a CrossFit class but without the heavy lifting and skilful gymnastic movements. Under the watchful eye of our coaching staff we will help you move and feel better then ever.
\n\n
\n\nFree time for you to work on those exercises that need extra attention. If you require help with a movement Coaches are available for 1-on-1 sessions.
\n\n
\n\nPersonal training:
\n\n1-on-1 coaching session vary from 30-60mins and are ideal for the personal with more specific goals. The Coach works with the individual to help establish their goal, develop a plan to achieve that goal as well as teach the specific techniques required to achieve that goal whilst doing so in a safe and appropriate matter for that individual.

\n\nNew to CrossFit?:
\n\nBefore jumping in on the main CrossFit classes, we’ll ease you into it by putting you through our Fundamentals Program. You’ll learn the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively do CrossFit. You'll be put through some basic one on one sessions that will help you understand not only what the movements are but how to do them correctly and why they will benefit you.
\n\nIf during the process we discover any movement limitations don't be alarmed its completely normal, our Coaches will prescribe you with mobility/strengthening exercises that will help you overcome these issues.
\nOnce you're ready to go, its straight into regular classes.

Through those years i exposed to the wonderful world of Strength and Conditioning and this is where my passion for health and fitness began.
\nThrough my late teens i developed bipolar disorder and lost my way. I was living for the weekends, going out and partying and completely ruining my health. I drove myself to the point where i hated myself and contemplated suicide. I was lucky enough to fight through that and big part of my recovery was through training, the ability it gave me to deal with stress, learn to love myself again and take on life . This gave me the confidence to chase a dream of being a PT and owning my own gym.
I soon started my studies in Cert III in Fitness and Cert IV in Personal Training and with 2 years i was fully qualified.
\nAlong the way i found CrossFit and i was hooked right away. After 6 months i completed my Level 1 CrossFit Coaching course and began coaching.
\nI’ve been coaching CrossFit now since May 2013 and my passion to help people has only grown stronger. My goal is to make the biggest impact i can on the world, helping as many people as possible to realise their full potential and live happy, strong and healthy lives

\n\nAfter completing my Cert III and IV tragedy struck my family, losing both my parents. It was during this time I had was diagnosed with Cyclothymic Disorder,a mild form of depression and at the time was having suicidal thoughts.
\n\nI swore one day that id change the norm in our family breaking the chain of mental health issues that has followed us for generations as well as a list of many other health issues.
\n\nThe one thing that I found worked best for me was training. For that hour or two I could zone out and be around friends with like minded goals, share a laugh as we better ourselves physically and mentally.
\n\nAfter training at a conventional gym for 2 years my uncle convinced me to try a CrossFit class and after that first session i was hooked to this awesome style of training.
\n\nAfter meeting Aaron i knew straight away that i wanted to be a part of CrossFit BFS. To see how passionate he was about changing people’s lives as well as his own,
\n\nI've been apart of BFS since Oct 2014 and began coaching at the gym June 2016. My passion is helping people achieve the best possible versions of themselves both physically and mentally.
\nAs well as coaching at BFS, I also work at Disability South West and Wattle Grove Public School as an aid for the disabled and also help kids who have a parent serving in the armed forces overseas.
