\n\nWe provide a comprehensive and complete document that details all finishes and fixtures selected for a property, enabling
\n\naccurate pricing from a builder for a potential fixed price contract. Where required, your selections are documented on your house plans and elevations to highlight the location of your specific selections including tiles, materials and colours. A presentation and / or style board along with a number of samples will be provided.
