HOW WE WORK

\n\nSend us an email with your details and we will tailor a hire package to suit your needs.
\n\nWe require a 20% non-refundable deposit, our minimum deposit is $50 to confirm your booking.
\n\nOrders placed will not be added to our calendar until we have received your deposit.
\n\nA 30% refundable bond and the remaining cost is due 7 days prior to your event date.
\n\nWe'll email you the nitty gritty T's & C's once your order has been confirmed.

\n\nAll hired items remain legal property of Home of Twinkles.
\n\nAll hired items are hired with the agreement that they will be used once only and for one event. If you are intending to use your hired goods for more than one event over your hire period, you will need to let us know and pay additional hire charges.
\n\nFees and Replacement costs for damaged, unreturned or lost twinkles are on you.

We love being able to spread light, love and magic all throughout NZ with our twinkles. Please help us to keep doing what we love by returning our tinkles in the same condition you received them in.
\n\n\n\n
If our twinkles are returned to us in bad form, poor condition or damaged, we reserve rights to with hold your bond and in some cases we may charge additional costs to repair or replace when necessary.
\n\n\n\n
All our stock is quality control tested before it leaves our showroom, however if you do encounter any issues with our products, please let us know within 2 hours of receiving your order. Please check the contents of your order as soon as you receive it and let us know of any breakages, damages or faults within two hours or receiving your twinkles. If you notify us of any breakages, damages or faults outside of this two hour window, you will be liable for any and all replacement costs.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you aren't able to collect your hired items from our Christchurch based showroom we are happy to arrange courier delivery to you, at an additional cost. This cost varies and is set according to the volume and weight of your order. We use reputable track and trace courier services to ensure your twinkles arrive to you safe n' sound and in good time of your event date. Your return shipping costs are included in your hire & initial shipping fee. We'll include and extra courier ticket for you to send our twinkles back home to us.

If you are in urgent need of twinkles, never fear - we have teamed up with New Zealand Couriers to provide an overnight delivery service to any non-rural New Zealand address, just let us know you need express shipping.

RETURNS
\n\n\n\n
If you are in the Canterbury region, you are able to drop your twinkles and hired items back to us at our showroom. If you are hiring within the Canterbury region, we require our hire stock back on the next working day after your event.
\n\nIf you are returning your hired twinkles back to us via standard or express shipping methods, you are required to send them back to us the next working day after your event. Your return shipping cost is included in the shipping fee and we will provide you with an extra courier ticket to make this process nice and easy!

LATE RETURNS
\n\n\n\n
If for some reason, you are unable to return the items within the agreed hire period, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid awkward emails, even more awkward phone calls and unwanted late fees!
\n\n\n\n
If you return your items outside of the agreed hire period, Home of Twinkles reserves the right to charge an additional late fee of $50 per day, per hired item. Nobody likes late fees, so please return your items on time.

If our items are still left unreturned after 7 Days of the agreed hire period, all debt collection fees will be on you ;)
