Relevance - we will not accept content which appears to identify a specific person, project or matter, which are malicious or appear to be defamatory, which contain profanities, obscenities or aggressive language, or which appears to contain sensitive, confidential, internal company information. In recognition of the fact that no workplace is static, we will only accept submissions from individuals who have worked in an organisation or specific role within the last 5 years. Lastly, we will not accept posts which are advertisements or which contain weblinks.
