CASA is registered to provide Coordination of Supports for NDIS Participants (under 65 years of age)

\n\nIn accordance with the NDIA's description of Specialist Disability Registration Groups these services include:

\n\nSupport Connection
\n\tCoordination of Supports
\n\tAssistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations
\n\tLife transition planning including mentoring, peer support and individual skill development
\n\t
\n\nCASA will assist and guide you to source the relevant supports and provide guidance and assistance in future development of your own support.
\n\n
\n\nWe provide support for the Commonwealth Home Support Scheme (CHSP) (over 65 years of age)
\n\n
\n\nCASA provides the following support services:

\n\nDomestic Assistance
\n\tSocial Support
\n\tSpecialised Support Services
\n\tHome Modifications
\n\t
\n\nCASA also supports non eligible NDIS Home Care Participants under the age of 65 with a disability:

\n\tHome Modifications
