\nWe were driven to The International Airport prior to our departure,the day we left Sydney was a very hot day and Impact Tours had an esky of bottled waters for us.Its the little touches that mean the most and what everyone remembers.
\nOur driver going down to Sydney was a Warren,he was so friendly and really lovely.
\nWhen we returned,Mark picked us up and didn't mind that it took us an hour and a half to get out of the airport,It was not trouble to stop for a toilet break and even asked if we were right for Milk,Bread etc....
\nI would never hesitate to use Impact for any transfers including Sydney or Newcastle Airports,Cruise terminals etc...
