Fit 4 All is a locally owned and operated facility established since 2002 and has expanded and diversified rapidly over those years to become one of the areas largest fitness facilities. We are proud of our reputation as a comfortable non threatening environment and our policy of NO JOINING FEES OR CONTRACT all year round.
Membership entitles you to use all the facilities and trained professionals are always on hand to give you some free advice. We have a wide range of equipment to assist you during your training whether you need cardiovascular and endurance or strength and conditioning, you can be sure there will be an available apparatus to suit your needs. Our equipment is well maintained and constantly expanding.
We also offer a range of training services designed to suit everyone's needs. From tailored one-on-one personal training services and monitored training, where you benefit from the expertise of highly trained fitness experts working directly with you at the pace you require to achieve your fitness goals, to group and specialized team training which can provide alternatives and cross-training to sporting teams and such.
At Fit 4 All we strive to provide an environment, where you can enjoy the benefit of working out and training with and around the influence of some of the most experienced athletes and trainers in the area. Fit 4 All was founded to provide a training studio and professional support for teams and athletes. We encourage and welcome new teams and clubs to come to Fit 4 All as we offer a wide range of services and are flexible to suit your team.
