\nA: For adults there are balloon rides, lots of bushwalks and scenic places to visit, a number of famous gardens including William Rickets Sanctuary. Craft shops, tea rooms and art galleries abound and the Yarra Valley Food Trail is a real fun day out.

For families add Trout and Yabby Farms (catch your own), Healesville Maze, and the best adventure playground you’ve ever seen right in Gembrook.

\n\n

Or if you like, you may relax on the farm and visit our animals at feeding time. The camels, alpacas, sheep, horses, donkey, miniature pigs, goats, cows, emu and many more...

If you’re into cycling then a short car ride away is one of the best cycle tracks in Melbourne. It follows the Yarra River all the way to Warburton and is highly recommended.

\nA: Plenty, we regularly see wombats, possums, wallabies, echidnas, lyrebirds and the occasional goanna plus an amazing variety of birdlife.
