Add the onion with a good pinch of sea salt and cook for eight to ten minutes until soft.</p>\n\n<p class=\"p2   font_7\">2.<span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Add the ginger and curry powder and cook for two minutes.</p>\n\n<p class=\"p2   font_7\">3.<span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>&nbsp;Add the rice to the pan and stir to coat in oil.</p>\n\n<p class=\"p2   font_7\">4.<span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Pour in water; bring to boil and then turn down to a simmer.</p>\n\n<p class=\"p2   font_7\">5.<span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes, or until all the water has been absorbed.</p>\n\n<p class=\"p2   font_7\">6.<span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Remove the pan from the heat.</p>\n\n<p class=\"p2   font_7\">7.<span class=\"s1\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Carefully stir in the trout.
