\n\nThe University of St Andrews Music Centre launches its new internationally distributed CD label with a concert by the St Salvator’s Chapel Choir, the University’s flagship vocal ensemble. Celebrating the launch of their new CD ‘Salvator Mundi - The Purcell Legacy’, the concert will feature music by Purcell and his musical successors including an anthem by the little known 18th century composer William Jackson of Exeter, whose ‘Hear Me O God’ was found by Tom Wilkinson in the private music collection of Gerald Finzi, left to the University when the composer died in 1956.

\nFor just £2 you can enjoy anthropology installations soundtracked by Moodroom upstairs in The Studio, as well as perusing various displays and stalls whilst listening to Jazz and Folk music in the Main Bar, with more participating creative organisations still to be announced!!
\nEven more excitingly, The Byre's Main Auditorium will feature a three-band line-up, separately ticketed but still a bargain at £6. Acclaimed Edinburgh based eagleowl will headline with their unique brand of moody but resonant pop, with support provided by London based, up and coming Inti Rowland and the wonderful Jemima Thewes. We cannot stress how amazing this lineup will be, buy tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. The evening will close with a set from the moodroom collective in the upstairs studio.
