Our outdoor CVT sessions are mainly conducted throughout the Coogee to Fremantle areas. Each location will change for every session within the areas mentioned above. This is done not only for variety and for the great scenery, but more so because of how each location has its own "personality" which helps us target certain muscle groups or aspects of a Cardiovascular Training Session. Our session locations are also dependent on the weather, which is observed daily.

We use hills, stairs, roads, parks, beaches, jetties, water & often a combination the whole lot! All locations have sufficient parking available nearby.
