WHAT'S INVOLVED:
45 minute sessions including both warm-up and cool-down
\n\tWhole body workouts in fresh outdoor settings
\n\tSafe and effective exercises
\n\tExercises are modified to suit both the beginner and advanced
\n\tBaby remains in pram throughout the workout
\n\tGreat fun and the perfect social support being with other parents
\n\t
WHEN: Sessions will commence at 9:20am every Monday from March the 21st to April the 25th 2016. From experience with my other fitness groups, I believe this is a good time to allow some parents to drop any kids off at school before our sessions.
WHAT TO BRING: Prams are a must, a towel, water bottle and appropriate/comfortable workout clothing including closed footwear suitable for walking/jogging. Don’t forget your baby! ;)
COST: There are a couple options regarding cost and payment.
Option 1 - $89.00 paid in full prior to program commencement.
Option 2 - $20 ‘pay as you go’ ($20 per session - paid in cash on location).
*All ‘paid in full’ payments must be completed before the program start date.

Locations and Bookings are taken 24hours prior to each session within our ‘Closed Group’ on Facebook.
