Bring the Jews Home - Aliyah and Integration
\n\nFor many years now, Christians for Israel offers assistance to Jews to go to their Homeland Israel. We believe it is our Biblical task to assist the Jewish people with their return to Israel. After 2,000 years, there is finally a country that the Jewish people can call their home. Since the mid 19th century, and especially since the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948, millions of Jews in the Diaspora have decided to leave their country and make ‘Aliyah.' (literally: ‘going up’). And this return to the land continues to the present day. The prophets of the Old Testament tell us that the Jews will return to the land from the four corners of the earth, in preparation for the coming of Messiah. We can see these prophecies being fulfilled before our eyes. Since 1997, Christians for Israel has helped more than 150,000 Jews home to Israel from the Former Soviet Union, Ethiopia, and India.

\nHineni - Soup Kitchen
The Hineni Foundation in Jerusalem is led by Benjamin Philip, a Dutch-born Jew who made Aliyah some 10 years ago. Hineni fulfils an important role in the help for survivors of terror. The workers of Hineni visit the victims and their families in the first hours after an attack. After some time, when the physical situation of the victims has improved, often psychological problems appear. Hineni organises short trips for example to Holland; through these trips, it is possible for young people to break through emotional and psychological barriers; they are given an opportunity to go on with their lives, and through the kindness of the Jewish community, they start to appreciate the Jewish culture. The goal of Hineni is not only to provide for the physical needs of the Jewish people but also to strengthen their Jewish identity. The humanitarian goal is to motivate people to go back to their Jewish roots. Hineni also has a youth programme, for young people on the wrong track. Hineni organises many activities and happenings for people to strengthen their Jewish identity; such as lectures, study-programmes, activities and celebration of Jewish holidays. The goal is to make people conscious about their relationship with God and His commandments.

\nHolocaust Survivors - "I'm Not Alone"
More than 20,000 Holocaust survivors live in Jerusalem. Too many are plagued by their memories, alone, with no place to turn for acceptance and unconditional love. Café Europa is a simple answer to their prayers, a place where survivors meet with one another, share experiences, laugh, or cry. Christians for Israel is a proud supporter of the 'I’m Not Alone' campaign for Jerusalem’s Holocaust survivors to attend CafeĢ Europa, five-day centres in Jerusalem where survivors are surrounded by love and support.

\nCFOIC - Christian Friends of Israeli Communities
All over the world, there are thousands of Christians who love Israel and who love the Jewish people. Many of these good people do not know how to convey this love to the people of Israel. They do not know who to contact or where to turn in order to effectively transform this love into a positive and productive act. CFOIC was founded with that purpose in mind. It is their goal to reach out, to educate the church, to teach about Jewish history and particularly about the Jews currently living in Biblical Israel – the communities of Judea and Samaria (and previously Gaza). With the help of CFOIC, thousands of Christians have provided financial support for community projects. Christians for Israel works closely with CFOIC to provide Christians with deeper insight into the significance of Judea and Samaria - the heartland of Israel - and the people who live there. This is done by bringing groups of Christians to visit the communities, and by providing information on an ongoing basis. They also provide financial and moral support to the Jewish communities who are developing the land in faithfulness to their God. The Israel office of CFOIC, headed by Sondra Boras, is the nerve centre of this organisation.

\nEmergency Food Parcels Ukraine
Due to the extreme and prolonged cold in Ukraine, the poor Jewish families in particular are enduring difficult times. For this reason, Christians for Israel has decided to organize additional emergency aid in order to raise funds for extra food parcels. Because of the ongoing civil unrest and the violence of the last few years, life is very difficult for the Ukrainian people. The local currency has dramatically dropped in value due to the economic downturn. People living on benefits or a small pension can barely make ends meet because of this. The choices they have to make are heartbreaking. Will I buy a meal or medicine? Do I pay for food or for rent? Will I feed my children or will I turn on the heat? The harsh winter months make this even more burdensome. The food parcels are regularly distributed among Holocaust survivors, poor families, Jewish refugees, children and the sick. A food parcel is more than a bag of food. It’s a sign of your friendship and your support, a testimony to our Jewish brothers and sisters that they are not alone. Will you help? The cost of one food parcel is $15. For this amount we buy wholesale products. The parcels are packed by volunteers and distributed throughout Ukraine. Will you help with one or more food parcels? \nFor Zions Sake
For Zion’s Sake Ministries is a US-Israeli non-profit humanitarian aid organisation, established and dedicated to assisting the needs of newly arriving immigrants. For most, starting over in Israel is physically and emotionally, as well as economically, overwhelming. After the slaughter of more than 6 million Jews in the Holocaust, the state of Israel was reborn miraculously in one day on 14 May 1948. God’s chosen people began returning to their ancient homeland seeking refuge. For Zion’s Sake Ministries assists those in need both spiritually and physically by providing humanitarian aid through their warehouse distribution of furniture, medicine, food coupons, and clothing. Direct financial assistance is given through our various Outreach Programmes.
