Regular congregational meetings are held quarterly.</p>\n\n<p class=\"font_8\">&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p class=\"font_7\">Execute and administrative responsibility for the congregation is delegated to the Vision Coordinating Council (VCC). The VCC serves the church in shepherding the “Guiding Vision” by leading the congregation to live out God’s vision for LABC. It coordinates the work of the six designated ministry teams, and, encourages the congregation to respond to God’s calling to new areas of ministry.</p>\n\n<p class=\"font_8\">&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p class=\"font_7\">Members of the VCC are the elected officers of the church.
