MFR uses specific massage balls to release tightness from aching muscles. This technique improves blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulates and relaxes deep tissues. Resulting in increased muscle flexibility and mobility.

Yin Yoga is a slow paced yoga style .Where each pose is held for a longer period of time, to stress the connecting tissue, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia resulting in increased circulation and flexibility in the joints, whilst cultivating the awesomeness of inner peace and mindfulness.
