\n\nWell known for her drawing installations in Australia and overseas, during Gosia's residency she carried out two multi-day drawing performances resulting in an exhibition of paintings in Sofi’s Lounge and also an installation on the hotel's Lobby windows.

\n\nDUST COVERS (2012) was a drawing performance over 14 days (11-24 July 2012) with guests in Sofi’s Lounge, Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. During this performance, Gosia invited guests to sit with her on a table and four chairs which had been covered in primed linen 'dust covers'. She then sat, drank coffee with the guests, and drew over the covered pieces with pigment pen. On completion of this fortnight performance, the dust covers were stretched and then exhibited in the same Sofi's Lounge where the performance had taken place.

FROST DRAWINGS (2012) was a second 14-day performance (26 July - 7 August 2012) of drawing resulting in an installation on the row of eight windows in the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins Lobby. During this performance, Gosia drew the hotel's guests, staff and the scenes she could see looking down into the internal court of the AMP building in which the hotel is located. The result after this fortnight performance was an amazing series of temporary white 'frost' drawings along the massive hotel windows.

\n\nGosia has exhibited at the Singapore Biennale, Singapore; Drawing Centre, New York; Western Gallery, Western Washington University; ‘Drawing Now Paris’, Carrousel du Louvre and in Brisbane at the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) in the ‘Contemporary Australia: Women’ exhibition.
