Well, when Benchmark brokers say that they “Get the job done”, they certainly do as they say. It took them a few goes to get the business sold, but in the end, the job got done. I guess that it becomes a bit more tricky when the lease expires at the beginning of next year and a partial re-fit has to be done (including new shop front) to renew the lease. I can’t thank Benchmark enough for persevering and getting the business sold.
