The KanbanPRO shelving is set up with two stocked bins of product, bin one at the front and bin two behind. When bin one is empty, the user simply scans the bin and places it on the empty bin shelf. Bin two will automatically slide forward and is fully stocked so your team can get back to work.

When the empty bin is scanned, it sends an order to ATOM via the KanbanPRO online software and provides you with an order confirmation email. ATOM then picks your product, puts it in a fresh bin with a new label and delivers it to your site. ATOM will then collect the empty bins to be taken away for cleaning and restocking with your next order.

\n\tOrder Confirmation Via Email You will receive order confirmation via email automatically when an order is created to acknowledge the next step in the process.
\n\tNew Container Labels are Printed Automatically New container labels are created to correspond with your picking slip to be applied to the empty container awaiting your product.
\n\tProduct is picked, crosschecked and then poured into the newly labelled container with a unique barcode to identify the container and inventory. Order is then invoiced.
\n\tOrder is Delivered Containers are placed into the rear of the KanbanPRO rack.
\n\tEmpty Containers are returned The original scanned empty containers which have just been replaced are returned to ATOM.
