We hope you'll find it simple and easy to use.
\n\nHere's how it works:

\n\n1. Sign up, or sign in (if you've already signed up)
\n\nTo make a booking, first you'll need to sign up as a customer. You'll be asked for some details about you (not your child!) and then you can enter your password. This password will enable you to sign back in later. Once you're signed up, you can proceed to booking, and you can sign in any time to check or make changes to your booking, or to make another booking in future.

\n\nYou need to become a member before you can enrol in our term classes and 6-week courses, and to get members' discounts on our holiday programs, shows and events. You can choose whether you join as a single member ($25 for the year) or and a family ($50 for the year). When you become a new member, you will also receive a Welcome Pack when you come to your first class - just ask us when you arrive! Just select "New Membership" after signing up, and our online booking system will take you through the new membership process, and then you'll be able to proceed with booking for your class.
\n\nYou can book straight into our February introductory classes, holiday programs, shows and events without becoming a member first. Just select "New booking" from the menu and choose the class you want to book for.
\n\n
\n\n3. Choose your class and complete your enrolment.
\n\nOnce your membership is completed, you can finish booking for your class. Select the class, and then the date or start date on the calendar. The options for that day will be listed, so select the one you want and click on BOOK.
\n\nNext, choose whether you want to book for just one class, or for the whole course or term (which is a much cheaper way to go).
\n\nThen you'll be asked to enter the participant's details, and then your payment method. You can either pay immediately by credit card, or you can choose to receive an invoice and pay later (please see below).
\n\nBooking for our intermediate and advanced classes must be approved by a CirQuest team member before you can pay and confirm. This is because, for the safety of everyone in our program, it's important that we ensure all participants in these classes are technically ready for training at this level. We will confirm your booking within 2 days, and send you an email letting you know, so you can finalize your booking and payment.
\n\n
\n\n4. Multiple class and family discounts.
\n\nIf you're booking for multiple term classes for one person, or for multiple family members for the whole term (living in the same household), you're eligible for a 10% discount. To claim this discount, enter the promotion code MULTIPLE_10.
\n\nYou can book for more than one class at a time by clicking on "Add to my booking" before proceeding to the checkout
\n\n
\n\n5. Paying later
\n\nYou can sign into your customer account at any time and pay the balance of your fees, or view or change your booking.
\n\nIf you don't want to pay by credit card, you can pay by cash or from your internet banking. When you book, our online booking system will automatically send you an invoice. If you want to pay by direct deposit from your internet banking, please make sure you put the invoice number in the payment reference, so we can reconcile your payment.
\n\nMany of our clients prefer to pay by cash, and you still can, but you need to bring correct change and put it in an envelope, and write clearly on the front the participant's name and the name, time and venue of the class. You can post this envelope in the drop box in the foyer of our HQ or, if you're at a satellite program, give it to your child's class teacher.
\n\nAll participants must be booked in and paid for before the start of the class.
\n\nOur teachers do not have change and we do not have an Eftpos machine.
