Transpersonal counselling is a holistic approach that integrates body, mind and spirit. Crisis is not a problem that needs a cure but rather an opportunity to gain insight to the self.

The body holds the key to all we need to know including self-healing. We need to understand what our body is telling us so that we may be free past hurts and limited beliefs. In doing so we begin to live a rich and fulfilling life.

“We are already what we want to become.” (Thich Nhat Hanh) We need to allow this process to unfold.

In a safe, nurturing environment, we explore a deeper understanding of ourselves, returning to balance, joy and vitality for life.

Each session is tailored to your needs. We begin by talking and exploring the emotions held in the body. Some of the tools I work with are Meditation, Essential Oils, Oracle Cards, Relaxation Techniques, Past Life Regression, Hypnosis, Movement, Chakra Balancing, Art Therapy, and Energetic Healing.
