I was born with the gift of Mediumship. It was not spoken of in my family, nor was it understood. It has been my life journey to embrace all of who I AM.
\n\nMy quest to understand myself at a deeper level has given me great insight into life and all the possibilities available to us. I have been doing readings since my 20s, but an incident at school allowed me to step up and claim my gift as my own.

I was a teacher’s aide in main stream school looking after students with special needs. I saw a vision of my student becoming very unsettled turning on me and being violent. I went to my supervisor to explain that this situation would unsettle my student. I was not listened to. The day came and it was just as I saw it, like watching a movie, orchestrated beautifully. My student became unsettled, he assaulted me. I reported the incident and was told that he was a naughty boy. My student was suspended for a week and I was given leave from work. This was a time of reflection. My student was not a naughty boy; he had a disability he was reacting to his environment. As for me, I had to think hard. I was a single mum, trying to work around my family to fit in with school holidays. Did I continue to live, only partially using my gift, or would I be brave enough to embrace all of me? I decided to take a giant leap of faith and resign from my position. A month later I had secured a job, as a reader, in a well-established healing centre and the rest as they say is history!!

I have been working for the last ten years in various settings as a reader. My life experience has grown, as I have been blessed to meet many people from all different, walks of life. Many of my clients presented with very complex issues. Some were suffering from trauma, grieving a loved one, in spiritual crisis, deep depression, victims of domestic violence. This was of great concern to me. Yes, I was able to support them initially but many needed on going support, referrals to groups that would provide further assistance. I wanted to give more. I decided to return to study in 2011 and got my Diploma in Transpersonal Counselling.

I now incorporate my counselling skills into my readings. This provides a truly unique service, with insight and a solid foundation. I belong to Australian Counselling Association and to Australian National Psychic Readings Association. What this means is that I abide by a code of ethics.
