Camp Space is 10’x 30’ – One Vehicle Per Space. Each Vehicle Needs Own Camping Pass - Each camper needs his/her own FESTIVAL PASS. Multiple Campers allowed to camp in single space as long as all people and equipment are completely within the boundaries and not intruding on neighboring campsites in any way.
\n\n
\n\nCampers agree to practice a ‘Good Neighbor’ policy throughout their stay, especially with regards to noise, overcrowding, and trash.
\n\n
\n\nFood & Beverage Options will be Greatly Expanded in both Quantity and Quality in 2019. Culinary Lineup will be announced well before the event. Reasonably-Priced Food and Alcohol Options Will be Available Onsite from 10:00AM to MIDNIGHT Daily. Campers may bring and prepare food but Open Flame and Fire of any kind are Strictly Prohibited!!! PROPANE CAMPING STOVES ALLOWED but NO: BBQs, Hibachis, Charcoal, Campfires, Tiki Torches, or other open flame of any kind.

\n\nOutside alcohol is technically prohibited but campers can possess outside alcohol at their campsites and in the campground. No food or beverage can be carried from the campground to the concert area, however. This will be much more strictly enforced than before.
\n\n
\n\nCamper food & beverages are NOT allowed to travel from the campground into the concert area. This is the primary problem we face with the Venue as it violates numerous conditions of their food & beverage licensing. The barrier between the two areas will be much more pronounced and this rule strictly enforced. Please plan accordingly.

\n\nThere are Clean, Built-in Real Toilets near the Arena. No showers. There will be a substantial amount of clean portable toilets and washing stations throughout the campground. Portables will be cleaned, maintained, and replaced on a constant basis all weekend.

\n\nAs SKULL & ROSES occurs at the beach, plan for every type of inclement weather known to man – Hot, Cold, Wind, Rain, Dust, Dirt, Rocks, Mud, Sand, Fog, Mist, Hail, DEW and anything else that may cross our path on the Golden Road to glory. Rain or Shine! Expect beautiful days with very cool nights and possible brief showers on Saturday. Nothing major. It’s always windy in Ventura (one of its greatest charms) so be sure tents, canopies, etc. are securely tied and/or weighed down and dress warmly in the evenings

\n\nThe relationship between us and the Fairgrounds is the core of this experience, and without their complete support, we have no SKULL & ROSES. They allow us a surprising level of freedom, which is what makes the experience so authentic. but the show is being jeopardized due to violation of their most important issue.
\n\n\n\n
The Fairgrounds is a State facility and is therefore has tighter regulations with regards to this issue than a privately-owned facility would. The problem was made worse by vendors offering Fairgrounds’ staff members alcohol for sale. This put us in a very bad position.
\n\n\n\n
Unauthorized vending of food and beverages and nitrous oxide possession are the two primary issues that will damage our status with the venue and jeopardize any future events. Please do not purchase a Vending Pass if you are intending to sell food or beverages of any kind. You may have your own per attached Camping Rules.
\n\n\n\n
Fairgrounds personnel will be monitoring this closely to meet their strict requirements. Violators will be removed without refund and could potentially face a fine. Please do not put any of us (including yourself) in this position. Your cooperation in this matter is Gratefully appreciated.

VENDING IMPROVEMENTS:

\n\nVendors will enjoy the following upgrades to the Vending Experience:

1. ELECTRICAL – One electrical outlet will be provided at each booth (ARENA VENDING ONLY)
\n\n\n\n
2. ARENA CAMPING – Authorized ARENA Vendors (only) may camp at their ARENA Space. No Guests!!! One Vehicle allowed per space. Larger vehicles require 10’ x 20’. All General Camping Rules Apply. Booth Size applies to storefront only, Vendors will be granted space behind storefront for camping and storage.

3. SET BREAKS – In response to requests for set breaks to facilitate customer browsing, we built in several 30 Minute Breaks into Sunday’s show. Music will be continuous on Friday & Saturday but Sunday will be more relaxed with only 4 (terrific) acts and nice, half-hour breaks in between.
\n\n\n\n
4. DUST CONTROL – Dust will be closely monitored and measures will be undertaken to reasonably guarantee a dust-free concert experience the entire weekend.

CARE OF ALLOCATED SPACE: VENDOR Shall Maintain Allocated Space in a Neat, Safe, Clean, Courteous and Orderly Condition. All items MUST fit within your designated area. Please leave only footprints.

SUBLETTING OF SPACE IS PROHIBITED: VENDOR shall not sublet, share, assign, sell or donate allotted space in whole or in part. One Vendor per space.

LICENSING: VENDOR SHALL NOT SELL, DISPLAY OR DISTRIBUTE Any Material or Goods with Artists’ image(s) or Festival logos or trademarks without express written consent and valid license or agreement.
\n\n\n\n
TERMINATION: Purchase of Camping or Vending Pass serves as purchaser’s total agreement with all Camping and Vending Rules listed herein and to practice a ‘Good Neighbor’ policy throughout. PROMOTER may, at its election, terminate the Agreement with VENDOR any time upon a breach of Camping or Vending Rules. Upon termination, VENDOR shall have No Rights and PROMOTER shall have No Obligations.
\n\n\n\n
LIABILITY: Neither PROMOTER, nor the VENUE shall be liable for any loss or damage to the property of VENDOR or any of its representatives, employees, agents, patrons and guests, because of fire, robbery, accidents, or any other cause that may arise from VENDOR’s use of its allocated space. VENDOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless representatives, employees, and agents of PROMOTER, and VENUE against any and all claims of any person whomsoever, from acts or omission of VENDOR, its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, or guests. Insurance to cover these risks is to be carried by VENDOR at no cost to PROMOTER. VENDOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, PROMOTER, VENUE, and their directors, representatives, employees and agents for all penalties, fines, costs, expenses, damages from VENDOR’s failure to comply with applicable laws.
