I was a very successful body fitness competitor for several years. I started to gain weight and retain water despite having a low appetite, eating healthy, small portions and training every day. Paul prepared a new meal plan for me based on the types of foods that I like to eat. A side effect of this following this meal plan was something great! After 15 years I regained my menstrual cycle again. It only took 8 weeks with my new meal plan.
