\n\nMal, the daughter of a refugee, knows only too well the struggles that are faced when confronted by change…. Having seen the impact of such change on the lives of her, her parents and siblings was monumental.

Having overcome much, Mal wanted to transfer and teach her learnt skills, knowledge and strengths in light of her journey. Mal a mother, employee and former student understands and appreciates the pressure and discomfort that individuals can experience when entering the workplace. She understands the different dynamics in the workplace and how this can affect the smooth running of the day-to-day business and your journey in the workforce.

\n\nMal was joined on her journey by highly skilled and experienced trainers, each having their own colourful story to tell. The team have identified what they feel are “key” areas of concern in the workplace, both for individuals and for groups and have designed courses that address these issues. The team is passionate about addressing and overcoming the issues around the “Generational Gap” that exists within the workplace. We have developed a unique range of training programs that are focused on developing the person and identifying and developing leadership skills; giving each individual the tools to succeed.

Combined, the team members at Advance Skills have held senior positions in the corporate world, run and developed successful start-up businesses, worked in NGO’s and NPO’s for more than 30 years.
