Jane has more than 25 years’ experience in the arts sector in the areas of event production, festival and project management (specialising in developing projects) and artist support. Jane is particularly committed to investing in artists to create their own work by providing avenues for young and emerging artists to create, develop and tell their stories, and by offering opportunities to explore the arts. Jane is enthusiastic about making the arts accessible, and firmly believes that Corrugated Iron inspires and enables the next generation of creative thinkers.

Since moving to the Northern Territory in 2000, Fiona has been manager of several arts organisations, including Artsmark (Darwin Joint Arts Marketing), RAFT artspace and Tracks Dance. She has also worked for Arts NT in Darwin and Alice Springs. As well as Company Manager for Corrugated Iron Youth Arts, Fiona is also Finance Officer for Music NT. Fiona produces independent arts projects under the title of Yum Cha Arts, linking Asian and NT artists. In 2012, she created HeART – an arts and health diversionary program for cancer patients.

She is the first point-of-contact for parents and participants, answering the phone with a very bubbly “Corrugated Iron, Jodie speaking!” Jodie is responsible for getting the term's workshops organised, and enjoys seeing the participants arrive, excited about their workshops. Never afraid to give something a go, you can often find Jodie having a crack at the circus equipment – especially the hula hoops, devil sticks and juggling balls. When she’s not working, Jodie’s playing hockey for St Mary’s Hockey Club.

Originally from the UK, Nikki has collaborated with aerial and circus companies on an international level, creating new work for theatre and festival environments. Nikki has been Circus Program Manager at Corrugated Iron since 2011, working with young people in schools and out, in both local and remote areas. She is also a Creative Advisor for Circus Kathmandu. Nikki has her feet firmly planted in the sky and fully expects to keep them there!

She spent 4 years in Melbourne creating/writing/directing and experimenting with the arts. Her travels to the US, Nepal and India where she ran a drama programme at a summer camp and used her creative practice to teach at schools, solidified the importance of working with young people, making theatre responsive to the community. She finished her Masters of Drama Education in Darwin, writing a thesis to explore safety within applied youth theatre settings. Now the Drama Programme Manager at Corrugated Iron Youth Arts she has the pleasure of using her theatre experience to support the education and well- being of young people.

After some years away, studying, travelling and living overseas, she returned home. In 2017, she joined Corrugated Iron to stage manage the production Bamboo Moon. Now coordinating the Creative Schools and Communities Program, she is passionate about facilitating projects in the NT that support young people’s artistic development and connection to learning. Having studied furniture design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts at RMIT, Steph is committed to supporting the local artistic community through her work with Corrugated Iron and her involvement in broader community arts initiatives.

Her love of the arts started when she was handed a guitar in primary school. With a new-found talent, she started writing music. In her early teens her parents moved from Tasmania to the Northern Territory and she attended boarding school at St Philips College in Alice Springs on a music scholarship. The school continued to provide her with opportunities to build her performance skills, preforming at town events and the St Philips annual musical. After school Hannah has been working in retail while studying a Bachelor of Creative Arts and Industries, majoring in Communication . Now having completed her degree she is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and building her skills with Corrugated Iron.
