\nAfter a very successful 2018 European Water Polo Tour, we had a lot of queries from parents regarding the possibility of organizing a European Tour again in 2019.
\n
\nHere we go, we decided to put an expression of interest out for it.
\n
\nOutlined below is the proposed tour details for boys and girls water polo skill development and cultural experience.
\n
\nWe can proceed with it, we need to ascertain the number of boys and girls interested in this proposed European Water polo Camp/Development opportunity.
\n
\nIn order to give us sufficient time to organize it, we do need a response from parents by the 30th of December 2018 to give us enough time with obtaining relevant tour pricing, bookings etc.
\n
\nTour Details:
\n“BOYS and GIRLS” European Training / Development Tour
\n
\nIndicative training camp details are as follows:
Proposed age group: Boys and Girls B’2002, B'2003, B’2004.
\n\t\n\n
The number of preferred participants: up to 15 boys and up to 15 girls.
\n\t\n\n
Camp Duration: Approximately 15/16 days commencing around 7th July 2018
\n\t
\nTour Locations options(final locations will be chosen according to the group structure, boys/girls)
\n
\nOption 1. HERCEG NOVI, Monte Negro (near Dubrovnik – Croatia). Duration 7 - 8 days
\nHERCEG NOVI is one of the centers of Montenegrin tourism thanks to the great number of beaches and hotels that make this a most desirable tourist destination.
\nExcursion in Croatia( Dubrovnik) 1 or 2 days.
\n
\nOption 2. Barcelona, Spain Depends on the number of interested players we might organize a tour to Barcelona, 7 - 8 days and do the training camp with the local clubs.
\n\n
Option 3. Serbia - Duration 7 - 8 days (Belgrade or Valjevo)
\nPotentially change excursion in other cities and scrimmages with other clubs
Pricing: Indicative cost is around $2.600 (+/- $150 per player) + Airplane ticket costs (Sydney - Europe - Sydney) *Actual costing is to be confirmed once group number is ascertained.

\nPayments will be spread over in 3 progressive payments, January - April ‘19
\n
\nAirplane tickets Sydney -Europe -Sydney need to be bought by February. (Parents will directly buy airline tickets in the agency that will give us the best offer for the group)
\n
\n*Comprehensive travel insurance is a firm requirement with the relevant cost to be covered by individual’s parent.
\n
\nTour cost will cover the following:
Transport in Europe
\n\tAccommodation: We’re looking at around 4-star hotel rating and hotel details will be advised in due course
\n\tFood: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
\n\tPool entry and bookings (proposed 2 daily pool training sessions)
\n\tTraining with home clubs
\n\tCoaching by experienced European coaches from European water polo clubs and National Teams
\n\tMost of the excursions
\n\t
\nBoys and girls will only need money to cover their individual/private expenses (gifts, shopping wardrobe, etc ...)
\n
\nProposed flight details:
\n
\nLooking at flying with major Airlines i.e. Etihad/Emirates/Qatar and will source best price possible
\n
\nInternal European flights will be with local carrier/airline.
\n
\nAll transfers to/from airport/accommodation are by coaches.
\n
\n
